What you will need
1 cup of whole natural almonds
12 to 14 dates depitted1/2 of a dark chocolate bar
1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
Step 1: pulse or blend the almonds empty them into a large mixing bowl but make sure you don't blend it too much you don't want it to be a paste
Step 2: do the same with the dark chocolate and put that into the mixing bowl along with the almonds
Step 3: blend the dates until smooth make sure to take the seeds out before you blend the dates
Step 4: add the dates to the mixing bowl with the chocolate and almonds then add the pumpkin seeds WHOLE then mix all of it together it's easier to use your hands.
Step 5 : line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper (if you don't have a 9x9 pan it's totally fine use a pan that you have) then take the mixture and pack it firmly into the pan. Put it in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes to let it stand
Step 6: cut bars into whatever size you want and ENJOY!!!
